Shipping & Delivery
Everything we sell is made to order in our workshop in Ho Chi Minh City, then shipped with tracking. Here is what to expect between placing an order and opening the box.
Production time
Your piece does not exist until you order it. Each one is cut, skived, saddle stitched and edge-burnished by hand, one panel at a time. Production time is listed on every product page, and most pieces take between 7 and 15 business days depending on complexity. A card holder is quicker than an alligator clutch.
If you need a piece by a specific date, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Delivery estimates
Once your piece is finished it ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email.
- International orders: typically 10 to 20 business days after production.
- Within Vietnam: typically 5 to 10 business days after production.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections and local postal backlogs are outside our control, and peak season in December adds time on almost every route.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the method you choose, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For orders outside Vietnam, any customs fees, import duties or local taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the item price or the shipping cost, and we have no way to calculate or pay them on your behalf.
Some countries restrict the import of exotic skins such as alligator and lizard. If you are unsure about the rules where you live, please write to us before ordering.
Tracking your order
You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take two or three days to start updating after the first scan, which is normal and not a sign anything is wrong.
Wrong address?
Tell us immediately at vuonghuu2593@gmail.com. We can change a delivery address while the piece is still in production, but not after it has shipped.
