Shipping Policy

Production time. Every piece is made to order by hand in our workshop in Ho Chi Minh City. Production time is listed on each product page, and most pieces take between 7 and 15 business days depending on complexity. Your order ships once the piece is finished.

Shipping rates and delivery times. Shipping cost and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout based on your address and the method you select. After production, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days for international orders, and 5 to 10 business days within Vietnam. These are estimates, not guarantees, because customs inspections and local postal delays are outside our control.

Order tracking. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs and import duties. For orders outside Vietnam, any customs fees, taxes or import duties are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. Some countries restrict the import of exotic skins such as alligator and lizard, so please contact us before ordering if you are unsure of the rules where you live.
