• Handmade alligator leather belt held in hand, cut and stitched by Thor Leather Craft

    Cut by hand

Every panel is drafted and cut from the hide by hand, so the scale pattern falls exactly where it should. Waste is the price of getting that right.

  • Inside of an alligator leather passport holder, hand stitched with a calfskin lining

    Saddle stitched

Two needles, one thread, every hole sewn from both sides. Unlike a machine seam, it does not unravel when a single thread breaks.

  • Tan alligator watch strap, hand stitched and made to order by Thor Leather Craft

    Made to order

Nothing is made in advance. Your piece is built to your measurements, in your leather, with your initials.

The workshop, Saigon

From the accountant's desk to the artisan's bench

I was once a man of numbers. Accounting taught me the cold beauty of absolute precision, but the spreadsheets felt too silent. I traded the calculator for the mallet and brought an auditor's standards to the artisan's bench.

Every piece you see here was cut, skived, stitched and burnished by hand in our own workshop. Nothing is outsourced, and nothing is made before you order it.
